PRE-SALE TICKETS
When an upcoming show has a fan club pre-sale, members will receive early access to purchase tickets.
Phoenix Club members may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per pre-sale. Unless specified via email or posted in the Phoenix Club Facebook Group, members will use the unique pre-sale code provided to you and found at the top of your account home page when logged in to the Phoenix Club.
Quantities for pre-sale are limited and often sell out quickly. Please note, being provided a pre-sale code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets. It solely provides you with the opportunity to participate in the pre-sale.
